Celebrate Independence Day in charming downtown Snow Hill on Friday, July 3. The Town of Snow Hill, Downtown Snow Hill, and the Snow Hill Area Chamber of Commerce invite you to an evening of family fun, community spirit, and patriotic celebration from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in Downtown Snow Hill and Sturgis Park. The day kicks off with the July 4 Freedom 5K at Veterans Memorial Park. Day-of registration begins at 7 a.m., with the race starting at 8 a.m. All ages are welcome! There will be awards for the top three females and males per age group, best July 4 costume, and a trophy for overall fastest time. T-shirts will be included for all pre-registered runners, however, sizes are not guaranteed for day-of registrations. view more.
